I am doing what I haven't done for 7 years (barring a very specific exception). As a consequence... It's gonna be a big feature.

This is going to be a very large (666 images ...oh wait, now it's 671... ) collection of photographs. It will span across a great deal of styles. Stuff everyone can enjoy.

[ √ ] ABANDONED AND EERIE:

I love a photo that just sends chills down my spine from time to time. That feeling that something is just... off.

I especially love abandoned, dilapidated, derelict buildings, or foggy, misty dark forests. Sometimes the artificial reclaimed by nature is absolutely beautiful.

- Something about this is just wonderful. It just pops.

- I'm sure Prypiat has several photogenic areas. This is one of them. It just seems amazingly... uncomfortably peaceful.

- Likewise. This place just feels incredibly ominous.

- Nice composition.

- I don't know if it's after the fact or not, but the blur really adds to this.

- So vivid.

- Make sure to notice the far left key. The imbalance is fitting.

I didn't think I had any in here of photography. o.o;



[ √ ] ARCHITECTURE AND CITYSCAPES:
I have to merge these two as one group in favorites. The line can blur at times, and this was the best solution.


- I have one similar to this, except with a tile wall. It's not online, though. It's somewhere in my boxes of film pics. (For you whippersnappers who don't know: we used to use these nitrocellulose strips with silver halide and gelatin that exposed onto inverted images of things we took on our cameras. We had to then expose them onto photo paper and reverse the reverse image.)

- This one is absolutely gorgeous. What a perfect find. Well shot, good color, well done.

- The position, the clarity, well taken.

These may either focus on a single color, or have many colors. I, uh... kind of like color... like... a lot.

- Another segue.

- So simplistic, yet so pretty.

- This is absolutely phenomenal. It's gorgeous. It's amazing. I can tell why it got a DD.

Since so many if either are both, I have grouped them together.

- Good composition.

- Like the first two pics, the focus and the theme make these pics great.

- The focus and aim, reminds me of Top Gear. That's a compliment.

I'm fairly picky about this one. I need to fill it more, but these are the best from this favorites folder.

I kind of really like eyes a lot. There are only 3 from this folder here, but they're all spectacular.

I checked this folder just in case, and was surprised to see there was photography in it.

- Not held still, yet it feels fuller that way.

I don't have a lot of fungi photos, but I do have a few.

- Good composition.

- I like how this is cropped.



[ √ ] GRAFFITI AND STREET ART:

This is a bit luck-based. You gotta be in a place with good graffiti artists to get these. But I guess all photography is pretty luck-based.

[ √ ] LANDSCAPES AND WATERSCAPES:

This is going to take a while. (6:36-7:06; how about that? * Plus an addition 6 minutes later - And another 2 minutes LATER - and another 29 minutes LATER) I added waterfalls under this, because I guess it's fitting. It also includes things with weather if there is a landscape in the photo.

- While this is on my account, it is a picture my dad took. It is uploaded with permission.


- I repeat what I said about waterfalls at the start.

- Look at this view!

- Look at that shape. I am aware it's a bit due to panorama, but still.

- Could've fit under "Fantasy," too.

- The framing of the sun is fantastic.
